Todd Eric Lovato is a six-time New Mexico Music Award-winning music producer and musician. He most recently completed a mix tape of family friendly music in collaboration with his son, Calvin and daughter, Alma.

Projects – Present and Past
Todd is a founding member of Todd and the Fox, as well as the Latin-funk outfit Felonious Groove Foundation, and rock group Fantastic Planet. He was the leader of the experimental hip-hop ensemble Skinnyfat. And he is a founding partner of Penguino Records.

Life
Todd serves as Chief Communications Officer at Santa Fe Community College. He is a native son of Santa Fe, NM and serves on a number of boards and committees serving the region, particularly in areas of music education, early childhood development and broadcasting.

Previously, he was the editor-in-chief of SantaFe.com, an online entertainment and travel website that houses the web presences for six local radio stations and other city-centric sites. He was SFCC’s Digital Strategist and Director of Media Relations. Lovato has worked as a freelance writer for various publications and a journalist for the Albuquerque Journal. He served on various City committees, including the City of Santa Fe Arts Commission and Nighttime Economic Taskforce.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Business Administration from the College of Santa Fe.
